    Good day,

I have a from with a date/time picker set up to display the default time (now). However it appears that the only date/time that it defaults to is the last date/time that I edited the form.

I have tried multiple browsers and have the same problem. I have tried clearing my cookies and other internet files/history.

Additionally, I cannot get the date/time picker to display standard time format just the 24hr military format.

If I could get these functions to work correclty it would save a lot of time.

    Thanks,

    Mike

    Hello,

I cannot go through to the link of your form you have provided.

    http://form.mastronardiproduce.com/form/30690237115

In order to change your time to 24hour kindly follow the steps below.

    1. Once you added the time on your form, click Properties

    2. There is an option above that says 24HR, click that.

    3. Then you will now have the option to change it to 24hour clock.

For the current time to show, you need to tick the option above that says "Default Time"

I highly suggest that you embed your form using iFrame code How to Get Form iFrame Codes.

And check if this could fix the issue you are having.

Kindly let us know if you have further questions or inquiry so that we could assist you further.

    Thank you for using JotForm.

    Hello,
My issue not a lack of understanding of how to set the time format and the default time, it is that they do not work.
When I set the default date/time it does not display the current date time when the form is launched, only the date/time of the last form edit.
Similarly, when I set the time to AM/PM format it continues to display the 24hr format. Yes the AM/PM does appear but it says “AM” when the time should say “PM” and continues to display the time in 24hr intervals.
Like I mentioned in my last email I have tried multiple browsers with all different types of configurations and nothing seems to remedy this.
Am I the only one running into this issue?
    Thanks,
    Mike

We understand what you are talking about and we would like to help you further

I've created a form to try to replicate the issue, however I couldn't

The Form will display on AM/PM and it will display the default time on it

Please use our image repository   or share the form URL (open it on preview and grab the link)

Also, let us know if this is happening in the standalone version of the form or if it's showing this in a webpage of yours. In any case, please share a working URL so we can check further and advise
