Cancel subscription

    I have tried to cancel the subscription last month and you have again charge me again this month.


    I want the money that you have just charged me to be refunded immediately. I only wanted Jotform for one month and have been trying to cancel ever since. DO NOT CHARGE ME again and please refund immediately

    I have checked your subscription and it was already cancelled just today. You will not be charged again anymore. I have also provided your a full refund on the charged taken for this month. Please allow 5 to 7 days before this refund reaches back to your bank account.

    I still have not received a refund as per last email. This was dated 14th
    August and it has been longer than 5-7 days
    Please let me know what is happening with refund

    Hi Zara,

    Good day! Apologize for the delay. We had requested the refund to our Payment Processor - Plimus because there was an error when we do it and thought they have done it per their email to us but after checking today, the refund isn't all set. 

    I have perform another refund and there was a little confusion as I have made it to the original or to your first payment with Order REference Number: 72143428. So I have perform it twice from the August charge in the partial amount of 10$. So, it all set now. Expect the refund return within 4-10 business days.

    These refunds are all made Today.
