When I clone a certain form and then i change the title of the form and modify the fields everything looks great, but in the notification emails, the form doesnt change, it stays the same as original form that was cloned in the first place, please advise me what to do.

You may need to update the form's email template body to reflect the changes you did on the form.
Or much better if you can just create a new Notification E-mail.
