Good afternoon, I would like to cancell my JotForm - Premium Monthly Subscription, as we do not need any more this service.
At the moment I have two invoices:
Invoice 73499736 and
I ordered by the web sited , but you have sent me again an invoice
Please cancel my order with jotform, and confirm me the cancellation.

I have now cancelled your JotForm subscription. You will not be charged anymore. Your account will stay premium until the paid period expires which will be on September 13, 2013. After this date, your account would automatically downgrade to free.
You may feel free to re-upgrade your account anytime you wish.
