The Spreadsheet to Form widget is used to autofill/auto select fields on the form using data from an excel file that is uploaded on the widget.

Do you want to populate data from Airtable into your form or the other way round? If you want data to be transferred from your form to Airtable, you will need to integrate your form with Airtable as explained here: How-to-integrate-JotForm-with-Airtable - so that after form submission, data will get transferred to your Airtable account.

But, you will not be able to populate data from Airtable into the form directly, if that's what you are looking for.

Hence, please explain what exactly are you referring to.
