The submission button will be hit, but will not get it to go through. They do not receive an email to confirm thier submission and it is not entering my database. Why is the submission not being completed?

Hi, I couldn't recreate this issue with the stand alone version of your form, can you check it because I made a test submission. Could you advice the users to clear their browsers cache   also, could you provide us with the link where you are showing the form in order to make further investigations.

    Thanks

Thank you for the response. I have suggested that for her. She said she tried completing my form “many, many times.” I don’t know because I have not had this problem myself except for the first time I made the link available.
You can find my link on this webpage, http://stpeterchanel.org/youth-ministry/confirmation. It is the Confirmation Registration Form.
    Have a great day.

Could you please ask users about their browser version(s)? There is a little change that the form is not working as expected in some old browser. We would like to test this, but we need the information about their browsers.

One of the users said she is using Internet Explorer… probably the older version.
I also had another user say when she tried to upload one of her documents the form froze on her. I have not gotten from her the browser. Is that probably a browser error or could it be the size of the file is too big?
    Thanks

Hello Kendra, In regards to the two responses you have. It is a very common problem among various services when an outdated version of IE is used especially if it's a much older release that dates back several versions. We try our best to prevent these Issues and make sure things are working cross-browse but this is not always feasible since the programming in the newer browsers is often updated in new releases since our platform uses some of this code whereas older browser versions may not be able to handle or even support it which causes the issues you mention.

The file size shouldn't be a problem unless it exceeds 1gb which is our current max upload limit. Can you please try to find out what version of IE was being used by the first One of your users. And for the other let us know if you find out what browser and version they were using also.

I did some further testing in this from IE10 and then in Developer Mode to check it further on back into IE9, IE8, and IE7. IE10, 9, and 8 were working fine with no problems but when I got to IE7 I noticed that there were some immediate issues. However, the Picture Upload and Freezing or submitting was not one of them. Can you please try again and also try to obtain more information if the problem is still occurring.
