Why does our jotform not direct through to payment?

    We have integrated a jotform into our cart on shopify to take custom measurements for men's jackets. Once the customer clicks 'submit' the form directs to a sign in/ create account page as expected. On signing in however the page directs back to the page before, the shopping cart page rather than going through to payment. This only happens with custom tagged products and when we remove the jot form the products go straight through to payment after the sign in page. Help would be greatly appreciated.

    Can you please guide us to the form location so we can test the actions? Also refer to this guide: http://wiki.shopify.com/Ask_customer_for_additional_information_with_jotForm. Is this somehow your process for getting additional information?
