    Added credit card but still thinks we are on free account

    When I signed up, I put in our credit card info but it still thinks we are on a free account.

    I tried adding the card again and it told me that the card was already in the system.

    Hello and thank you for bringing this our attention. I've looked at your account in regards to this issue and I found that you seem to have two separate subscriptions. Both of which after inspecting them were not defined with your username which was why it did not take effect. It then looks like you tried to subscribe again and this created the second subscription in the same manner.

    (1) Subscription 1 = ORDER REFERENCE # 73486512  from 08/12/2013 10:21 (Chris)

    (2) Subscription 2 = ORDER REFERENCE # 73537782  from 08/14/2013 11:20 (Wade)

    I've corrected this for you and manually cancelled and refunded Subscription 1. You can expect this doublecharge to be refunded back to your card within about two weeks or less. If you have any further issues, questions or problems then please let us know.
