what does "sender emails" mean?

    When you set a Sender Email, it is the email address that is being used to send notification email.

    So for example, you have set your email address to be the sender email, that will be the one who will appear in the "from" email address of the  notification email that you will receive, or if you set that you also want your user to receive the notification, they will receive the email from the "sender email".

    But we usually suggest that you set the Sender email to noreply@jotform.com to avoid any problems receiving the email. However, you can use your email address, but you just need to verify it.
