    Reset between page breaks?

Asked by mgirimg on May 15, 2011 at 10:17 AM

I'm creating job application form for a client and im wondering if there is a way to add a reset button between page breaks so the user can clear entries on the current page...?

or is this only allowed to be placed with the submit button at the end?

    Hi,

Sadly, I can't really find a way to do this without customizing the form's source code. A new JavaScript function must be introduced in the source code to be able to achieve what you want.

The Form Builder can only add a reset button together with the submit button. I figured it may be possible to add reset buttons anywhere in the form using Free Text HTML tool but it doesn't accept JavaScript, therefore only a plain reset button is possible and I do not think you would want it - it clears the whole form, not just the page it is on.

Hope this post answers your question. If you need more details regarding the workarounds I mentioned or if you have anything else to ask, please contact us again. Thank you.
