    email redirects

Asked by maintenance696 on May 15, 2011 at 11:31 AM

Is there a way to redirect the email notification for a completed form to an email address given during the completion of a form.

For example, I want a technician completing a work order form to receive a completed copy of the submitted form in his email. However I only want that to occur if he is the technician completing the workorder.

Please view: http://www.jotform.com/form/10923123376. I want the contents of the email block to be where the completed form goes.

    Hi maintenance696

If I understand your question correctly, you want a copy of the completed form to be sent to the email address of the user who submitted the form. In other words you want to setup an autoresponse.

Please read the following articles in our user guide for details:

Hopefully I understood your request correctly. If not, please re-phrase it in some manner and our team will see how best we can assist you.

EDIT: LOL, that's the second time that has happened in the last few days: While trying to figure out what is being requested and composing my reply the poster figures out what to do himself! :)
