Please help me. My client and I dont get any of the submissions. I have forwarded mail from Aug 13 to info@cdtaudio, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org- but none of them got the forwarded submissions in this way either.
I doesn't look like the submissions have surpassed the 100/month limit, so that shouldn't be the culprit.
Please let me know what's wrong. Please see uploaded screenshot of how I have set up the submisson recipient.

Your email "email@example.com" was in our bounce list for reason:Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 552-'5.2.0 9VsH1m03j53uAhB01VsHUo IB212 m= sg rejected as spam'
I have removed it from the bounce list so you should be receiving your submissions now, please go through this article on how to avoid this from happening again.
