I tried filling in one myself, but did not get a copy in the personal email I provided. Only got the forms on my professional inbox, so that is done properly.

You have to create an Auto Responder Email. Follow this guide to create: Setting Up Form Autoresponder.
Also make sure that your Sender Name, Sender Email and Reply-to Address is specified. We recommend this settings:
You can also verify your own email address as the Sender Email, that should look like this:
