I am trying to make a registration form and I filled out all the information and save dit. But when I try to copy and paste the link to see the form so that I can add it to an email, it is saying 404 - Form not Found. I was wondering why this is happening. Is there something that I am doing wrong? Why does it give this error? I am not trying to load this form to a webpage, I am just trying to create a form used to register that I can send in an email. Do I need to attach it to a specific webpage?

The direct link to your form is http://www.jotform.us/NJMetroYouth/NJMetroYouth_East_Coast_Youth_Extra. You can find the link to your form by following the steps highlighted in the image below. If the above link does not work please send us the link that you are getting 404 error with.
