I exceed my SSL submission limit and my form are going to be disabled, please help!

    Dear JotForm,

    By accident I ticked the secure form box in the embed wizard.
    Now my 10 free SSL submissions are full. When I got the notice from you, I changed the URL: https to http

    Now my new submissions won't be secure, but that is not a problem. But I do get the following messages every time a new submission is done:

    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Monday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 10 SSL submissions per month.

    Does this affect any of my new submissions? Because I don't need the SSL Submissions.

    Thanks for contacting us Stephan.

    Upon your concern I have reset your SSL submissions counter from 10 to 6, so your forms neither your submissions will be affected. However, keep in mind that we can do this only once, so, try to be more careful the next time, if you exceed your limit you will need to get a subscription with one of our paid plans.
