Thanks for contacting us.
I'm not sure when you are not getting anything, does the page get static and does nothing after submitting the form? or you don't get any notification in your email after submitting the form? Could please clarify that point so that we can assist you better? We would appreciate if you share with us the link where the form is embeded so that we can further investigate.
Now in regards to to your question:
will my customers be able to fill the form from their mobiles?
All Jotform forms are optimized for mobile views. They are tested and works properly on iphones and smartphones. The form resizes itself when viewed on any mobile device type so it is easier to fill and device responsive.

Well acutally i make the test and I was specting to get a notification in my email about a new entry, but i dint got anything, so at that point I dint know what I have done wrong.
I have told to a friend to fill the form and send it, she says that as soon she finish to fill the form, another new form come out.
Finally I saw that the new entries I can find them in this website, I saw the one i test but I dint got the one my friend sent.
How I can get notifications for every form submited by my customers?

Your form has been already configured to send the email alerts to your firstname.lastname@example.org email address. You can check the following article to find out more information about Email Notifications setup:
You can provide us with the URL to your Facebook with embedded form, so that we can test it.
And another question is, will my customers be able to fill the form from their mobiles?
The form by itself is ready for any devices, but the Facebook tab is another story. When user is visiting some Facebbok page using mobile device, that user has been automatically redirecting to the mobile version of Facebook, and unfortunately, the tabs are not working on that version.
If you use a Static HTML: iframe tab these should be option called Shareable URL under More options. It should generate a cross-platform tab URL that is working on different devices.
