Facebook Login and Submit button appearing together.

Asked by jaggardos on August 16, 2013 at 11:24 AM

Ive got facebook integration working, the form works fine, but the facebook login button and the submit button appear together, with the submit button on top of the facebook one. Ideally I want the Facebook login up at the top of the form, and the Submit on remaining at the botton, but I cant edit where the submit button goes as it doesnt appear in the form editor.

Hi, could you try injecting this custom css code at your form to see if it fixed?

    .fb-login-button {margin-top: 30px !important;}

Here is the guide About Injecting custom CSS to your forms

    Hope it helps,

please let us know if you need further assistance

I can tell this is a rare problem ;)

All that injection did was make them separated by 30px:
I'll experiment with the CSS code you game me, see what I can do.

Is there a way I can hide either of the buttons?

you always can decrease the value to fit your needs, like 20px for examples.

I need the Log In button to appear at the top of the page, and the Book my Place! (submit) button to remain where it is.

apologizes if I misunderstood your request, you can have both, the submit button and the facebook login integration, first drag the FB login button to the top of your form, then you will need to insert a "Free Text(HTML)" field with this submit button code:

Take a look at this example I made for you, you can also clone it if it fits your needs.

Thanks, that works. How can I hide the Book me In! button that still appears above the LogIn button?

I have the {display:none;} CSS code, but how do I define the Book me In! element?

    Thanks

    Hi,

I could not test and see the Book me In! button that appears because I could not login and test your FB form. I gives an error message that pertains to the FB apps configuraiton.

Please go to your FB app settings, and check the domain/URL that needs the permission.

    Please update us.

    Thanks.

That works fine for me and others that have used it, so I don't know why it doesn't work for you. The form works fine now. Thanks for your help.
