EMails not goin to custom domain emails.

    We have a send to your friend a message on a form we have created on IMSsecure's form.  Refer a friend.


    We have a the email doing a second autoresponder that sends to the {to}. 


    The email works if it gets sent to email addresses like , , etc.


    It is NOT working on others like,, etc and its not even going to spam folders to our knowledge.

    Good day! It's working with Free Email Addresses so it should also work with Custom Email Addresses. I've tested the form, and it works fine on my Custom Email Address. See screenshot below:

    Please try to check Spam Folder. Also ask them to whitelist Jotmails IP Addresses: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.
