I used a template, Sharling Collectionz, and am trying to figure out several things. First of all, I want ALL the information I put in the form to be sent to the recipient, and rather than it being a form that others can use to send information to me, I want it to be a form that I can use to send information to others - and sometimes I need to send it several times a day to several different people - and always different information. I hope I'm clear. Is there anyone who can help me with this? Also, I notice that the name, even though I changed it from Sharling Collectionz, still shows up as Sharling Collectionz! Your help is greatly appreciated!

Let me try to summarize the process:
I want ALL the information I put in the form to be sent to the recipient,
-Meaning, you will fill out the form and you will define the recipient email address and this recipient should receive the entries? Is that correct? If so, that is possible with adding a "TO" Email field to your form. You will then create an Auto Responder that would point to that "TO" field as the recipient. Here's the guide: Setting Up Form Autoresponder.
and rather than it being a form that others can use to send information to me
-By default, Email Notification is automatically created. Once someone will fill out the form and submit it, you will receive an Email Alert containing their submissions. However, if you'd like this to be an optional, that is possible with out Email Conditional Logic. This guide would help you to do that: Send Form Notification Base on a Field Selection
want it to be a form that I can use to send information to others
-You can do the same process as the first instructions above. You provide the Email to the "TO" field and when you hit submit, that email you defined will receive the information.
and sometimes I need to send it several times a day to several different people - and always different information.
-That should work but you have to manually do it over the form. You provide the information, provide the recipient email address. Use the "TO" field to send the information provided.
I request you to open a separate thread about the inquiry with the Form Title.
