How can customers access the form without requiring to login

Is there a way to send my customers forms and for them to not have to log into anything to complete them? That's such a hassle and extra step that people just end up not completing the form.

Yes, you just have make sure that you're form was currently set to public when you shared or assigned the form to others. Kindly check your form builder's QUICKSHARE under PUBLISH tab and see if your form is set to public. If not, do set it to public so it won't require users to create or login an account.

Also, I've checked all your form and I was able to access them without any issue even when logged out. Have you fix the problem already?
