How do you set up a form with a process to accommodate categories

If I want to set up a form, which on the first page makes a person select a category first, ex; which category/division do you want to enter?  Youth Division or Adult Division.  Then when I create questions, I can associate specific questions to the category.  Use case = not all divisions/categories want to collect the same data or ask the same questions, so after creating a question, I would need to say, "associate to all categories" "Youth Division" "Adult Division"

    Hi,

This can be achieved by setting up conditions on your form using the Conditions wizard. Please take a look at this slightly modified version of the form that you have in your account here. If that is what you want you can clone my form and take a look at the conditions and add and subtract as many conditions as you would like. You can also refer to this guide for more information about setting up conditions.

    Thanks!
