I would like to cancel my subscription so that I am no longer billed!

am i under a reoccuring payment charge monthly? or do i just stop using jotform and i stop getting billed??? thanks

Hello, I've taken a look at your Account and Billing History. I found that you are currently on the Premium Monthly Plan. If you wish to cancel your subscription please follow these steps below.
(1) Go to the Billing Section in My Account (This is also where you can see your Plan and History)
(2) Click on the " Free Plan " to downgrade then click " Cancel Subscription ".
