This is great! Can you tell me if this can be done with a CSV file. I'd like to end with a CSV file in Google Docs that gets added to every time our JotForms get submitted.

Good day, the integration would only send the data to Google Sheets, from there, you could download as CSV:
Please note that you can also generate a CSV report from JotForm directly: https://www.jotform.com/help/103-How-to-Create-a-CSV-Report

I appreciate it but I’m looking for something automatic that would populate the CSV file.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to populate an existing CSV file.
