To order the fields on your form you need to click on the element and drag it to the position that you would like. If this is not what you mean by tab order please reply with more details on what you are trying to accomplish so that we assist you better.

The way the fields are I would like to be able go down one column on the form then then the other column
My Form that I have designed is ok but I would like information to come in a different order.
If that make any sense.

If you are referring to the form's submission data grid in Submissions page, by default, they are sorted by submission date. If you want to use different sorting, you can only do so one column at a time by clicking on the Column Header. Clicking the column header for the particular field will alternate the sorting bet descending/ascending.
You can also create reports using Grid-Listing or HTML-Table-Listing-Report that will allow you to view the submissions without going to My Forms Submissions page. The report will also allow to have sorting by column on the submission data.
