I'd like my clients to be able to easily access their completed forms via hyperlink. Is this a feature that is available?

Hello! There are multiple ways to share the submitted data by your users.

By default, JotForm emails filled copy by the users to them. You can optionally also attach a PDF of their responses in this email.

Apart from this, if you want your users to be able to access the fill-in form via a URL, then you'll need to send them the 'edit' link of the submission in the email.

But please note that using this edit link, they'll also be able to make changes to the submission, unless you create conditions to remove the Submit button as well as disable the form fields. Let us know if you need more information about this.
