    Hi,

I have checked your email Id and can see that you have created three guest accounts, I recommend you create a free account through whuch you will be able to monitor your submissions by login into your account.

To create a free account , you will see something like this on the left side when you go to My Forms page:

Click the orange Create a Free Account button and go through the process of creating your account.

You can also find the long orange button just below the login/password fields:

Note: Make sure to use the email address that you have used in your form so that the form you have created will be merged to your new free account.

Please let us know if you have any other concerns.
