How do I assign form responses to a particular email

    For one of our forms the response needs to go to the social worker. 

    For another, it needs to go to our Dir. of Admin.

    Hello,

    You can setup a notification email in each form and set the email recipient as the social worker on one form and the Dir. of Admin on the other form.

    Please note that since you are on the Free plan, you can add only one notification email with one recipient in one form. To add more recipients in one form, you need to upgrade your account to any paid plan.

    Last question....folks are able to fill in parts of our adoptive family form but not all of it. Any that I chose short answer for they can't click. 

    This especially happens if they try to autofill. Any ideas?
