Hello I'm ronald and i was wondering do i have to buy a plan to get a full verison. i created an application and when i print it i only got half a page. I notice that a company (www.okinus.com) uses your program. I'm trying to create one kinda like theirs to put on my website so people can fill it out and then submit it. and i need to know once they submit it will it go to my email. And when i open my email will it show just the way i created it. please help if someone can call me at 540-293-3209 and explain more about your program. I provided my website so you can see what the application is to look like.

    thanks

    Hi,

in order to start using JotForm is not necessary to buy a plan, you can start  creating and publishing forms right now if you need it. you can start with the free plan wich will let you to recive 100 submissions or 10 secure submissions per month with 100mb of disk space, if you see that this is not enough you can upgrade your account any time, check the plans here .

Among a lot of options that JotForm offers, you will be able to receive email notifications with the results when a user submits at your form.
