    Hi! Can I convert PDF form to online fillable form? It's urgent.

    Do you have any PDF that needs to be converted to the online PDF?

    You may import the PDF into the PDF Smart converter to transform it into an online form and then you could collate the data into the Original PDF that you have imported.

    Please note that the form will not be exactly same as the PDF, however, the original PDF that it will generate should be somehow similar to what you have uploaded.
