My form at this link is notifying us we have reached our quota. My manager recently upgraded his account to accommodate the additional monthly request limits, so I'm not sure how to reinstate the form to be refreshed. Please let us know. Thank you.

Good day! I've fixed it. I can see the payment under the email address "craig.gillan@****.com" which is the Main Account.
