Unable to Access Form - Guest User

    Hi Richard,

    Thanks for reaching out to us,

    As per our records, the email `rubinsteinrichard67@gmail.com` is a guest account, You need to create an account so that, Your forms would be seen again. Make sure to use the same email address you used for your guess account.

    Let us know if you are referring to another account. we would be glad to assist you.

    It seems that you are trying to post a screenshot, unfortunately, we cannot see the email attachments (screenshots) in the support system. Please follow the below guide to send screenshots to our support forum:

    Please can you assist me. I don’t know what to do. I am busy completing an application form on jotform and I am unable to save it. I have created an account but it is not working. I need to be able to save and continue at a later stage.

    Hello Richard,

    Is there a Save button on the form that you have clicked?

    If yes, have you received a session link on your email, with the saved data. You just have click on that link to continue filling and submit the form.

    Please let us know the form link that you are filling and trying to submit - also let us know what email address you entered inside the form while filling it.

    Hi

    I am trying to complete the form in the below link. I am using the email rubinsteinrichard67@gmail.com
    To save, I need to login to jotforms and save, and when I do that it says loading and then nothing happens.
    I use the above email address to login.

    Hi, I'm happy to help you today.

    I have cloned your form and I wasn't able to replicate that issue. I was able to save the form as expected.

    Could you please try using a different browser and a different device?

    I am using google chrome, and I have tried Microsoft Edge and Firefox.
    I am using a Del Vostro laptop.

    Please can you help. I need to complete the form urgently. I have Any Desk loaded on my computer.
    Are you able to contact me and join the session.
