Folks are able to fill in parts of our adoptive family form but not all of it. Any that I chose short answer for they can't click

Last question....folks are able to fill in parts of our adoptive family form but not all of it. Any that I chose short answer for they can't click. 

This especially happens if they try to autofill. Any ideas?

I have checked that form and it seems to be working fine on my end, as I was able to fill out the short text fields:

Could you please inform us if the form is embedded to a website (and then share the URL), as well as what method they are using to autofill the form?

Here's where it is on our website. So yes, I think that is embedded. For auto fill for me it is pulling from: chrome://settings/addresses

Thank you! It seems you may have used the javascript embed, would you be able to try the iframe embed instead? If you go to the Form Builder > Publish > Embed and then click the iframe option it will give you the code:

And then are you able to click submit on the page?
