Form not displaying the correct form title?

I cannot get the title of my form to appear as the title of the web browser tab. I think it's because I created this form (https://form.jotform.com/202386384877166) by duplicating another form. But it's inconsistent...sometimes it has the title of another form, and in another instance, it had "The Easiest Online Form Builder..." as its title. What is going on?

You may change the page title by going to your Form Settings > Page Title:
