I was receiving an email each time a form was submitted. I am no longer receiving the email notice. Do I need to adjust my account settings?

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Have you tried already checking your email spam/bulk folder? If not, can you please give a try? In the meantime, can you please use firstname.lastname@example.org as your form's Sender Email if that fixed the issue or not. For more detailed information, please take a look at this article.
