    A Wibiya bar is overlapping my form feedback button.

    Asked by raviprashanth83 on August 20, 2013 at 09:00 AM

    Dear sir,

    First of all, thanks for your service. Its awesome and really pretty excited about your features and services. And I wish you to grow as much.

    Presently, I am in free plan, as I am also like to grow as of you. Surely, When I grow, I will be a premium member of your service.

    Actually, I have one query, one clarification and one suggestion.

    Query:

    Presently, I am using one of the forms in Feedback type in my blog. I customised the form to be placed at right bottom of the blog. However, I am having a "Wibiya" bar in my blog, which is overlapping the Feedback box. Actually, I need to know how to add Z-index in your code, so that it will front of the wibiya bar. Please provide a solution. my blog is http://digitalbutter.blogspot.in/.

    You can clos the wibiya bar to see your feedback display.

    Clarification:

    The price you have mentioned, is it for monthly or yearly?

    Suggestion:

    I think, you should have a plan, having 1$ per month, with 1000 subscribtions. I think it will have a great impact in your earnings.

    Thanks for your reply, khrisell.

    However, You have saw the wrong the form. I have lot of forms in my blog page. I have given 3 screen shots to understand the problem, rightly. Please concnetrate on the bottom right of the page.

    screen shot 1 : Wibiya bar on the top

    Screenshot 2 : Closing the wibiya bar

    Screenshot 3 : After closing the wibiya bar. You can the see the "Feedback" Type Click form created using Jot Form.  I would like to have the Jot Form Frame above the Wibiya bar. How can I do it? One option is increasing the Z-index. How to include the Z-index attribute in your code.

    Hope now you understand the question?

    @raviprashanth83

    Unfortunately we cannot see your images. However, I have checked your blog and I understand what you're talking about.

    screen shot 1 : Wibiya bar on the top

    Screenshot 2 : Closing the wibiya bar

    Screenshot 3 : After closing the wibiya bar.

    To solve the issue please try uing this code to embed your form to your blog:

    <script src="//support.jotform.com/static/feedback2.js?3.1.1376" type="text/javascript">

      new JotformFeedback({

         formId : "32305464085451",

         buttonText : "Display Your Referral Link",

         base : "http://support.jotform.com/",

         background : "#F59202",

         fontColor : "#FFFFFF",

         buttonSide : "bottom",

         buttonAlign : "right",

         type : false,

         width : 700,

         height : 500,

         z-index            : 1

      });

    </script>

    As you can see I have added a z-index value. That should bring the feed back box in front.

    Please let us know if that works or if you need further assistance.

    Thanks

    Happy to see that you understand the problem. I used your code, however, the feedback box is not coming front. I used different value of index (1, 9999, -1), still no useful result.

    Hi,

    Is there any way you can add additional stylesheet or CSS to your webpage? If yes, please add the following custom CSS:

    #jotform-feedback-32305464085451 {

    z-index:1;

    }

    #wibiBarWrapper {

    z-index: 1;

    }

    This should help. If not, please let us know. This is the result, see screenshot:

    This should be the same when you set the Jotform Button to Bottom-Right.

    OR, else, you may consider setting up the Feedback button to Center-Right.

    Thanks

    Oops! I'm sorry, the codes have been updated above. That should be:

     #jotform-feedback-32305464085451 {

    z-index: 1;

    }

    #wibiBarWrapper {

    z-index: -1;

    }

    Negative One (-1) for Wibiya Wrapper.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    I can see mistakes with the above codes. The z-index properties for Wibiya Bar isn't perfect when you scroll down the website to the top.

    Updated codes here:

     #jotform-feedback-32305464085451 {

    z-index: 2;

    }

    #wibiBarWrapper {

    z-index: 1;

    }

    Apologize for the confusions. Thanks
