creating custom links for forms with pre-filled data fields

Hi,

I'm interested in making a form for my users (office employees) to be able to fill in some information but also have some form fields pre-populated with customized information.

For instance, if I can generate urls with that pre-populate their first and last names and email addresses in a form if they clicked their specific link but if they went to the main url for the form it would be blank.

Are there any url parameters or arguments that can pre-fill fields in forms?

After creating the form, you may use our Prepopulate App to generate the link of which users can access with populated fields after the form is filled out.
