Form logic and email notification not working

    Hello,

I'm trying to get a form (https://form.jotform.com/200344919644154) to notify the staff member submitting the form once the form has been through two rounds of approvals. For some reason, the email notifying the staff member of this approval is not working. Help!

    Hello,

It looks like you have figured it out. I tested a clone of your form, and I received the "SDR APPROVAL TO STAFF" email.

Can you please, let us know if you are still having issues?

    Regards,

    Jimmy,
I'm not sure what you did to get the form to work because it is still not
working for me. I tried probably ten times to get the SDR approval email to
    send without any luck.
    Thanks,
    Andy

Sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused to you.

Could you please walk us through the workflow here so we can check whether there's any conflicts between the email notification and the conditional logic? Thank you!

Here is the basic workflow for the form.
Step 1 - staff member completes the form
Step 2 - Building administrator is notified of submitted form, approves or
    denies the request.
Step 3 - If approved the Director of Learning receives a notification to
    approve or deny the request
Step 4 - If the Director of Learning approves the form the staff member is
    notified.
I have everything working correctly except the last step, if approved by
the Director of Learning, the staff member that submitted the request is
    notified.
    Thanks,
    Andy

Here are screen shots of the piece that is not working. If the ESC
administrator approves the request, I want it to send an approval email to
the email address of the staff member submitting the request field.

To receive the Autoresponder when the manager edit the form, Kindly enable "Send on Edit" on the Autoresponders ADVANCED settings and Save.

I noticed it was working for me because I had all the fields selected before submissions. I not when I edit the form.

It should work after changing the settings.
