How to create repeative form sections?

Asked by BiggD on August 20, 2013 at 11:22 AM

Lets say that I am collecting information for clients, and one section is for say insurance claims.

So I have my form set up like this:

    (see attached screen shot)

    Claims ---- dropdown options

Date of claims ---- dropdown options

    Claim Description ----- radius options

Amount of Damage --- dropdown options

So rather than having to put this in my form like 5 times and leaving it blank and waste space, is there a way to click a "+" button if you will to auto generate the above for a second, third, fourth time. Or have a dropdown at the top of this section that they can select like 1,2,3,4,5,........ and it just generates that many times to be filled in.

Man I hope this makes sense to somebody that can help me !!!

    Thanks in advance -------

What you are looking for can be accomplished with conditional logics,  like on this form.  However, you must create or duplicate your fields. With all the options that should show upon certain selection. Check this guide for further details

Then you can apply conditional logics, plese check the guides below for more info
