Email Notifications Not Being Generated

    Running multiple forms and everything is running fine except for form ID 11101448389 which doesn't seem to be triggering email notifications.  I've setup a couple of different notifications on form submissions to test it (one my personal acct, one gmail) and the notifications do not trigger.


    Can someone have a look at this?  Thx ;)

    I have a problem with some of my fields are not completely sent mail (yahoo.com) ... On JotForm are complete and the mail does not, can you explain please. Thanks!

    Hello andrewghayes,

    I have tested your form and I did not have any problems receiving notifications to my email addresses.  I also deleted my test submission and deducted 1 from the submission counter so you need not to worry.

    Can you confirm that you have the correct email addresses in your email notification settings?

    Hello celalalt,

    I think you have edited your field before, or removed and added it again that's why the email notification's field value place holders has now some different variables.

    One variable in your email notification in set is {medic} but when I tried placing a new one it added {medic11}.

    The fastest way to do this is delete your existing email notification and add a new one.
