    Hi Alexandre,

    Good day! Jotform is compatible with all known web builders. Can you please let us know the webpage URL to where the form is placed so we can check?

    Also note that you have to paste the form embed codes into the HTML Editor of your page (s). And we recommend embedding your form using our iframe method: How to Get Form iFrame Codes.

    Thanks

    This website is FREE which let you add Module for adding HTML Contents, please check: http://contentbox.org/.

    OR, I've found a paid version which is sometimes a better product: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/261737-module-html-block-add-any-html-css-or-js-to-your-store/.

    Thanks

    Did you try with the iFrame version of the form as advised by Welvin?

    Please make sure you just use the code between the <iframe> tags and that you delete the script type code, as on the example below

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.co/form/31528355552859" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:457px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    Hi Alexandre,

    I guess we can create an account and download the software. PrestaShop is Free. We'll get back to you later today for the updates about this.

    We can also make a guide.

    Thanks

    Please try this module 'Prestashop HTML box 1.4.3' which you can download here: http://mypresta.eu/modules/front-office-features/html-box.html

    With this module you can add to your shop "client side code"  like html, javascript, css, etc.
