Originally my designer set me up and built my form, under her account using--jillianrrrr -- Jake1958
We obtained more than 100 inquiries so I purchased my own account, and I think Jill set that up for me using the email: email@example.com, -- however, our form is for my website and membership enrollment at www.healthyoulifestyle.com
I asked my tech support to reset the account and password and asked him to obtain current excel spread sheets. Now I try to get into the account and cannot. I need to know how to get into my own account, and obtain my own updated spread sheets which he did, but now I cannot get in without him. HELPPPpppppppp!!!!
Also I want help sending out an auto replay, when members join, and want to know if I can send out my email newsletters through your service, to all of these members, and if so, how to upload my newsletters with photos... Would it be in a jpg or a pdf format?

You can reset your password by clicking the forgot password button just below the username and password fields:
Then enter your username jillianrrrr, or your email address info@healthy... in the field provided. This will send an email with the reset password instructions. Once you have done that, please login with your username. Your username is jillianrrrr.
For making an auto-reply email sender, you will need to login and edit your account. Once you have done that, you can follow the instructions on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
Unfortunately, we don't do email marketing or email blasting for newsletters. You will need someone else to do that.
