A "loading" popup appears, but it never fully loads. here is the link to the report: http://www.jotform.com/grid/32253969901056
This happens both ion Safari and Firefox.
Slghtly related and a request and something I have submitted before, but the excel report does not open for anyone in our organization who has a PC. I have checked their version of Excel ( Office 2010), cleared caches and checked their versionof IE (8), but no luck. Any more insights or have yuhad incidents like this with other clients.
I have a Mac and can open it fine in Firefox.

We are very sorry for the inconveniences caused.
Now we have re-saved your Grid Listing report, and it seems that the load issue is fixed.
I can not reproduce the second issue using Windows 7 PC with Microsoft Office 2007. However, it might be somehow related to the Internet Explorer 8 on their side. Can you please suggest them updating their Internet Explorer to some fresh version (IE10-11 on Windows 7-8) or trying some other browser. If you need any further assistance on this, please report the issue via separate thread, so we will be able to address it in a proper way.
