Account suspended

    Hi there,


    I tried to log in to my account and it wouldn't log in... I tried to reset my password and it wouldn't allow me to. Then it said account suspended.

    We have reviewed your account, and we unsuspended it. It is now fully active, and you won't have any problems accessing it. 

    Some of our users try to use JotForm services for spamming and phishing others. That's why we needed to create a strict algorithm to prevent them and suspend their accounts. 

    Unfortunately, it can sometimes make a mistake, what happened to your account.
