We have been emailing for 2 days with no response. We have paid for the year for form submissions and need to upgrade our subscriptions for one month to resolve this issue. We already added captchas to every form. Please respond so that we can upgrade for the month.
We are a charity and can't get messages or donations for hurricane and COVID victims because of this issue.

Can you please delete your spam submissions so we can go ahead and reset the submissions counter?

Hi - thank you. I am going through and checking our forms and several of our forms are working - the following are not:
FISH Individual Volunteer Application
PayPal Donation Form (most important)
Contact Us
These 3 are are the ones we use the most and will have the greatest impact on our work. When we try to go to them they say that our form is over quota.
Can you please help us to reset them?

I have checked the three forms and it seems they are working correctly.
