We have been having problems with the forms working properly. They do not seem to be submitting. I made edits to the form and went to the website to see if the edit were there, they were. But now the form when submitted is indicating a server error. Is this an error with your server or an error created by not providing a new link?Page URL:

As you had found already, editing and saving your form on the form builder, will automatically reflect the updates on your deployed live forms.
There can be several factor that can affect why a form will fail to submit. We need to isolate and do deductions to find out that factor.
I checked your website http://www.itoa.org/ and found 2 forms in the 2013 Conference page. I tested the PO# form because it does not require me to do actual payment. I was able to submit the form as is.
Can you please provide us specific details which form fails in your submission.
We will await your updates.

The attached 2 links lead to the same form. I am not the webmaster and do not know the reason for 2 links that attach to the same form. Also, the link you tried which was a purchase order was not working either.

When you say that the link https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/31677870452966 is not working, does that mean that it does not submit?
I just sent a submission using Mozilla Firefox with no problem using the same form which is the one Jonathan also tested. I noticedall of the links are pointing out to the forms themselves.
Please provide with more details and let us know if this happens in all of the browsers or a particular OS/Broweset
