Questions for Stripe integration

    q1) Is it possible to hold sending the payment request through to Stripe until the start of each month?

    q2) If the payment sent to Stripe fails, does the contacts information still get passed to Infusionsoft and tagged?

    q2b) What does the customer see if their credit card fails?

    Hello,

    1) I'm sorry, but you cannot schedule the payment. We have a Payment Authorization feature, but you still have to initiate the payment manually.

    2) No, the payment is validated right after the submit button is clicked. When the payment fails, no data is being processed. The user has to complete the payment before you will receive the data in the form, and to the 3rd party integration.

    3) They'll see the error if it fails. If it was declined, they will get a declined message in the form.
