    Notice Not Being Generated

Asked by andrewghayes on May 16, 2011 at 10:11 PM

Running multiple forms and everything is running fine except for form ID 11101448389 which doesn't seem to be triggering outgoing msgs.  I've setup a couple of different addresses on form submissions to test it and the msgs do not trigger.

Can someone have a look at this?  Thx ;)

    Hi,

Have you checked your Spam/Bulk/Junk mail folder for the missing emails?

I have checked our mail server logs for information regarding the messages sent from our server to the addresses on that form, namely andy@travelonlinepartners.com and andrewghayes@gmail.com

So far, all these logs point to one thing - emails were sent successfully. I am of the opinion that the problem lies within your mail service provider.

If you don't find the missing emails in your spam folder, it would be best to contact your mail providers regarding this issue. Let me know if there's anything else. Thank you.
