I don't think that's possible, a suggestion could be to open the conditions and print the screen, this if you want to have a local file with the conditions.

Is there a way to sort the list so its alphabetical at all? The only order
is based on when the condition was created. Not very useful

Not that long ago we have added different 'ordered by' options to the Conditions Wizard. For example, you can try a Priority option where you can drag your conditions in order to change their priority.

I have escalated your request about conditions export to csv, so this will be considered and probably implemented at some point. We will let you know if we have any updates on this.

You can get the output using the "GET /form/{id}/properties" API call here:

    http://api.jotform.com/docs/#form-id-properties

    It looks like this:

"conditions": { "action": "[{\"field\":\"5\",\"visibility\":\"Show\"},{\"field\":\"6\",\"visibility\":\"Show\"}]", "index": "1", "link": "Any", "priority": "1", "terms": "[{\"field\":\"4\",\"operator\":\"equals\",\"value\":\"I'd like an appname.jotform.io hosting account to deploy my app and\\/or app description page.\"}]", "type": "field" },

This is how you can get the conditions data in a raw format using our API:

    1. Go to the following page:

    http://api.jotform.com/docs/#form-id-properties

    2. Enter your form ID (digits from your form URL), and click on the Try it out button.

For example, the form URL is

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/32335909940963

    so the ID is

    32335909940963

    3. Scroll down to find out the conditions data.

    Thank you.

Thanks for the effort but not helping. Here is what I am doing .

    Send an email after submission

    If is A101
    Then send to A101@gmail.com

    If is D101
    Then send to D101@gmail.com

And so on for 150+ vacation rentals. The Saved Conditions list displays
conditions in the order they were created. When I need to locate an existing
condition there is no way to sort the list by the text fields where I have
supplied data . If I could export the list to csv I could simply sort
the list by EQUAL TO and quickly locate the saved condition for that
property. If my client is not receiving the notification I need to quickly
locate the condition to make sure the email address its sending to is
correct. Currently I must scroll the list hoping to see the property ID
jump out at me. Make sense?

    Thanks for any additional help

Hi Mike, I think I understand what you are saying now. Unfortunately there isn't really an exact way to export or even import them. The closest to this that you can get is as mentioned above or by sorting it with the field itself. You can select the Field that controls your email list options and then click on the conditions button. This will then bring up a list of all the conditions which you can sort according to that particular field that they are related to. However, I can also understand how this might become a problem in the event that several options are being used and controlled.

Thanks for the response, please ad this export request to your list of
client requests, hopefully others may find it useful.
