This site does not have any issue and problem solving functionality, which gives me no confidence on continuity as a paying customer who needs forms 24*7!
There is just an open outcry in the forum; no status reporting on the problem that many people cannot track the problem solving! You are blowing yourself up! ;-((

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. It was confirmed that there has been service interruption yesterday, due to a number of users posting about the same issue. However, it seems to have been taken care of, as I am able to access my forms and even your forms.
Can you please confirm if the problem still exists? If it does, contact us immediately so we can work things out and come up with a solution for your problem.

The Jot Forms I installed on my sites are not working! I would pay for a form service that I could rely on with very little down time but every day my forms don't work I lose money! My site is www.alarmsecurityaz.com and the form is on the index page and free estimate page. This is one of many sites of my sites that use JotForm and none of them are working. Can someone from tech support please email me russell.standage at yahoo.com

I am using Jotform since a few years now on my personal website. And it is working great, and this is the frst time I notice a service interruption.
I have the feeling that a back-up has been restored at Jotform, and this is particulary annoying for me as I lost all the last changes I am making on a rather complicated form (lots of conditions, as we decided to use only one form on our company website for at least 20 different issues).
We are in an acceptance phase of the form... I have to make a demo this afternoon, and now I see all my changes from the few last days are gone.
I first thougt one of my collaborators has made changes and I tried to reload one of the clones I made. They were empty... So, without knowing there was a problem, I deleted the clones and recreated them from the original one. So I began to redo some changes (there are a lot of them...) when I realized there was a problem at Jotform side...
I hope you can understand my stress. I also understand yours.

I am sorry for the problems we caused 3rd time this week. The problems are happening because we are making changes on our servers to improve our security and reliability. I want you to know they are not happening because we cannot handle the traffic or anything like that. They are happening because of the complexity of the changes we are performing. We will try to do the testing better in the future, but the kind of of changes we are making are hard to test on the non-production environment.

my forms were deleted but now it is working nevertheless i had to do the same changes.
it is not good this happens but your product is great so i am happy.

one thing you could do to pay us back is to release a way to do some basic calculations on the fields :-)

I can see my forms are OK again. Thanks for your work.
I remain a great fan of Jotform. It is so easy to maintain...
But if you really want to pay us back, please provide us with a function for sorting conditions, or at least a search function in the conditions. If you have more than 75 conditions in one form (and I am afraid I will have to add some more...) this can be very helpful. And it should not be that difficult.
No new functionality to test. Just makes the life of developers easier...

Yes, it is safe to re-do your latest changes.
We are aware of your suggestions regarding calculation features and conditional fields. However, our development resources are limited so, we cannot implement any features we want instantly. We will do our best to get them for you. Thank you for your understanding.
