    Hello, I'm the primary account user for Gray Academy. Apparently one of my colleagues (a new employee!) deleted responses to a form before they had been downloaded. She reached out this morning to find out whether they could be retrieved. 

    Pls respond asap re: above.

    Our apologies, but submissions that are manually deleted are permanent. We'll check this with our developers, would you mind providing the form in question?
